I’ve been reading a lot of Juuzou fanfics lately and I hate how most of them completely infantilize him. Especially when they write about :re Suzuya. Like ???? He is canonically freaking smart, mature (in his own way), collected, observant and does understand emotions. And feelings. He feels stuff. And recognizes those feelings.
